Jimmy Wayne Corbitt, age 70, of Scottsboro, passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2026.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Bro. Wesley McBride officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until time of service.
Jimmy is survived by his wife, Gail Corbitt; sons, Jason Corbitt and Jeremy Corbitt; daughter, Crystal Lynch; grandchildren, Tucker Corbitt, Jennifer Chaney, Jayden Wade Corbitt, Justin Toney, Bethany Toney, Matthew Holbrook, Jurney Hutchins, and Aiden Allison; brother, Bill Corbitt; and several nieces and nephews.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Dorothy Corbitt; sons, Wayne Corbitt and Jeffery Toney; sisters, Darlene McBride, Connie Jacobs, and Diane Posey; brothers, Paul, Rodney, and Lonnie Corbitt.
