Funeral service for Wilbert Morett Standley of Elkmont, Alabama will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Homer L. Moses Memorial Chapel of Peoples Funeral Home. The body will lie in state from 10:00 a.m. until funeral time. Interment and committal will be at Thatch-Mann cemetery.
On Wednesday, June 17, 2026, public viewing will be from 12:00 noon until 5:00 p.m. at the Peoples Funeral Home.
