ZIP CITY-On 06/12/2026 Agents with the Lauderdale County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence at 8375 Hwy 17 in the Zip City area of Lauderdale County. The Florence/Lauderdale County Special Operations Team was used to execute the search warrant. The search warrant was obtained due to the drug dealing activities of one of the occupants of the residence.
During a search of the property agents located Fentanyl, Methamphetamine (ICE), and a large amount of evidence of drug use and sales. Agents located 7 people on the property when they arrived. All of them were arrested for drug related charges.
