Born on March 29, 1933,       Springburn, Glasgow, Scotland

 

James was a member of Martin Chapel Fellowship

 

His journey brought him to love the arts as a musician, dancer, artist, math, and gardening. Along his path he became a lover of yachts and ships and the big beautiful vast ocean and beneath. This opened his way straight on to enjoy his career as a Shipbuilder Supervisor and more, in his ever-exciting field.

 

The son of the late George Tuck and Agnes Marchbanks Campbell Tuck.

James was proceeded in death by his loving wife of 67 years, Margaret Foley Tuck.

In addition to his parents and wife, his sister Robina Marchbanks Frantz.

 

James is survived by his daughter Carol Ann (Louis Earl) Richardson, daughter Eleanor Margaret Davis, brother George (Diem Lam) Tuck, sister Lydia Tuck Dunn, brother Samuel Campbell (Patricia Josephine) Tuck, brother Norman McDermaid (Patricia Puente) Tuck.

Grandchildren: Timothy Etienne Senior, Natasha Margaret (John) Shipe, Simon James Passmore, Dean Adam (Yesenia) Senior, Jordan Amanda Douglas, Michael James (Maureen) Avery, Brian (Lauren) Richardson, Steven (Hannah) Richardson

Great Grandchildren – 18, Great-great Grandchildren – 3

Numerous cousins, nieces and nephews

His family are living all over the world!

 

The Legacy James Tuck leaves behind is “To Live Your Life to the Fullest”

He faced life with boundless energy and fearlessness that we could all learn from.

 

The thirst and drive he had for “more” kept him going right to the end.

 

Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday June 13, 2026 – 2:00 pm
