Jo Ann Brightwell Meeks, 74, of New Hope, passed away Saturday.
She was preceded in death by mother, Wanda Frankie Brightwell; father, James Noble Brightwell; and sisters, Jill (Larry) Cochran and Judy Mullins.
Surviving are husband, Jerry Meeks; daughter, Julie Ann (Adrian) Patton; sister, Jane (Venon) Frazier; grandchildren, Zachary Patton, Noah Burks, Evan Meeks, Nathan Burks, AJ Patton, Nykolas Rodriguez, and Ozzy Patton; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will be held at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel, Wednesday at 2:00 PM with Rev. Jerry Meeks officiating.
Interment will be in Brown Cemetery.
