Russell Jeptha King

Russell Jeptha King, 78, of Jasper, AL, passed away on May 5th, 2026.

Family will be receiving friends at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home, on Friday, May 22nd at 7pm for a memorial service.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Kim King; and his parents, James Floyd “Bob” King and Catherine King-Hyche.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara King; children, Misty Seale (Tony) and Dewayne Harten; grandchildren, Jennifer Hass (Brian), Haley Norton (Dakota) and Cody Seale; great grandchildren, Ryan Sanders, Aiden Sanders, Jocelyn Sanders, Emma Hass, Greyson Hass, Alora Seale, Elijah Norton and Ezra Seale; sister, Bonnie Barnett; and a host of nieces and nephews.
