Tina Michelle Rowland age 62 of Smithville passed away peacefully Monday night, May 18, 2026, at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville. She was born December 8, 1963, to her parents, the late Harold “Soapy” Cantrell and Glenda Mabe Staley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Danny Staley. Tina worked in accounting at Federal Mogul for about 32 years and the last 6 years at Old Hickory Buildings. She is survived by her son, Zack (Kristen) Rowland of Smithville; two granddaughters, Kambree and Reyna; two sisters, Lee Ann (Mike) Williams of Smithville and Angel Keesee of Carthage; two special nephews, Hunter Williams and Caleb (Kali) Williams; niece, Trishta Meade; three nephews, Josh Keesee, Jesse Keesee and Thomas Keesee; great-niece, Amelia Williams and several other great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 1 PM Friday, May 22, 2026, at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Doug Ervin officiating and burial will follow in DeKalb Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday 3 PM until 8 PM and Friday 10 AM until the time of the service at 1 PM.
