Richard “Ricky” Gay Jr., age 77, of Fayette, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at DCH of Tuscaloosa. Services for Mr. Gay will be Monday, May 18, 2026, at Shady Grove Baptist Church, at 12:00 p.m. He will Lie-In-State one hour prior to service time. Rev. Timothy Whitson will be officiating the service. Norwood-Wyatt Chapel will be directing the service.
