Ms. Debra Vinson Frazier, age 73, of Section, Alabama, passed away on Friday, May 8, 2026, at Highlands Medical Center.
Ms. Frazier is survived by her daughter, April Frazier; son, Lance Frazier; granddaughter, Navaeh Frazier; and brother, Howard Prince.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Vinson and Jane Prince; sons John Michael and David Paul; and brother, Marcus Vinson.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 13, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. in the Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Union Cemetery in Woodville, Alabama.
