Patricia IrvinPatricia Irvin, born March 25, 1950, in Oakland, California, passed away peacefully at her home in Ardmore, Tennessee on May 8, 2026.

Patricia will be remembered for her strength, kindness, and her love she shared with her family and friends throughout her life. She touched many lives with her caring heart and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Born and raised in California, Patricia later made Tennessee her home, where she spent her later years surrounded by family and familiar comforts. Her memory will live on through the countless moments, lessons, and love she gave to those around her.

Patricia is preceded in death by her mother, Angelina Vickers Thomlison; her father, Edward Caraveo; her brothers, Eddie Caraveo and Ronald Thomlison; and her sister, Brenda Thomlison Hoban.

She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Jimmy Irvin; her daughters, Rebecca Irvin and Sarah Sapon (Carlos); her stepson, Wade Irvin; and her beloved grandchildren, Isaac Sapon, Lacey (Kentrell) Green and great grandson, Kylan Green. She is also survived by her siblings, Christina Caraveo, Sylvia Riley, David Thomlison, Kenneth Thomlison, and Diane (Thomlison) Major, as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Patricia’s family and friends will forever cherish the love, warmth, and memories she leaves behind. Member of Sunrise Chapel Elkton, Tn.

Visitation will be held at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home on Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM with a Chapel Service following at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow in Malone Cemetery. Officiating the service will be Bro. Eddie Woodard.

Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home will be assisting the family with services.
