Catherine (Skippy) Cudd, age 66 of Arley, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2026 at her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was born November 06, 1959 to Charlie and Donna Cudd. Skippy enjoyed going fishing, planting flowers, and feeding her birds. She was a big New Orleans Saints and LSU fan. Skippy loved spending time with her family and friends. Family is holding a Memorial Service Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Arley United Methodist Church in Arley, Alabama (5670 County Road 41 Arley, Alabama 35541) Lou Kuntz will officiate. Family will gather following service at her residence. Skippy is survived by her brothers, John Cudd and Larry Cudd; sister, Sherrie Comzer Cudd; son, John Robert Goins; daughter, Melissa Courtney; granddaughters, Rayeligh Ann Goins, Currissa Taylor and Alisha Alexander; great grandchildren, Allison Perkins and Landon Perkins, Rilee Taylor, Carolina Taylor and Cheyenne Taylor; and a host of special friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Charlie Cudd; mother, Donna Cudd; brother, Lynn Cudd and great granddaughter, Donna Jo Taylor.
