Reynolds was the office manager of The Lauderdale County Solid Waste Authority, which operates a landfill on Highway 157 in the Underwood community. According to the Lauderdale County District Attorney’s Office, the employee of nearly 5 years allegedly altered dump-fee receipts from the landfill, and pocketed the difference between what was actually paid, and what the receipt showed.
