The Old Railroad Bridge Company, Inc (ORBC) has set the date of October 20, 2012 for the third annual Brush with Bridge Arts Festival.  Activities are scheduled to get underway at 9:00 a.m.  Football fans will be able to attend the festival and still be home in time for a televised game.  UNA, Alabama and Auburn all play on the road on this date.

Artists of all types including Fine-Art painters, wood designers, wood workers, potters, photographers, metal art designers, or any other type of artists are invited to participate. Artists are requested to demonstrate how they created their works of art so visitors can understand their visions.  All artists are encouraged to bring their own creations for sale to the general public.

Artists will be required to register and pay a small vendor fee (proceeds to help offset costs).  An event flyer and application for will be available soon on the ORBC’s website ( and on their Facebook page (Old Railroad Bridge (ORBC)).  There is no admission charge for visiting the Arts Festival.

Food and beverages will be for sale by the ORBC with proceeds going toward upkeep of the bridge.
