FLORENCE-The 20th Annual Empty Bowls Luncheon presented by the Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary was Wednesday, April 10, 2024 from 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM at the Marriott Shoals Conference Center.
There were 60 savory soups available to try. The winner of the soup competition is awarded the title of Best Soup in the Shoals. 100% of our proceeds go to The Salvation Army food pantry of the Shoals.
There were booths from local businesses as well as craftsmen from the area. Baked goods and fresh coffee was on hand to compliment the soups provided by local restaurants and businesses.
The crowd was hungry and having a great time sampling the soup and visiting with one another. As always The Quad Cities Daily was on hand to capture the event in phots…and we are proud to present them to you here:
