Roger Dean Bultena, age 80 of Winchester, passed away at his home on Monday, May 18, 2026. He was born in Brook Park, Minnesota on June 5, 1945. Roger moved to Tennessee in 2006 to be near family. A kindhearted and gentleman, he was an animal lover. He will be sorely missed by his family, friends, and caregiver, Alice Stephens. Roger is survived by his first cousin, Ronald Bultena; second cousins, Ricky Bultena, Mike Bultena, and Pamela Bultena; and lots of friends.
