MUSCLE SHOALS—North Alabama Rheumatology’s Eugene Jalbert, DO, MBA, FACR, and Madison Chastain, CRNP announced the relocation of their practice to 203 Avalon Avenue, Suite 130 in Muscle Shoals.
“We’re thrilled to relocate North Alabama Rheumatology to our Shoals Hospital Medical Office Building campus,” says Russell Pigg, CEO. “This much-anticipated relocation will streamline patient care to provide greater efficiency, convenience, and collaboration.”
During the transition, the North Alabama Rheumatology office will be closed from Wednesday, June 29 through Monday, July 4. The relocation will be in effect on July 5.
