Horace Edward Peek age 77 of Toney, passed away on Friday, February 1, 2013 at his residence. Mr. Peek was born February 9, 1935 in Morgan County to Melvin Peek and Willie Brooks Peek.
Graveside services for Mr. Peek are Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Joe Brown officiating. No Visitation.
He is survived by his wife, Beatrice Beaver Peek; children, Valerie Adams and husband Steve of Fayetteville, TN, Ed 
Peek of Champlin, MN and Bruce Peek and wife Robin of Mobile, AL; grandchildren, Steven Adams Jr. of Fayetteville, TN, Tricia Adams of Menasha, WI, Kristopher Adams and wife Amanda of Broken Arrow, OK, Kelly Schmitz and husband Eddie of Champlin, MN, Regan Granger and husband Mark of Champlin, MN, Tyler Peek and wife Jamie of Brooklyn Park, MN, Bruce Peek II of Mobile, AL, Brent Peek and wife Katlyn of Mobile, AL and Brian Peek of Mobile; great-grandchildren, Alexander Weaver, Nathanial Adams, Elijah Adams, Owen Schmitz, Myer Schmitz, Oliver Schmitz, Bruce Peek III, Ashley Peek and Charlotte Peek; brother, Lawrence Peek of Athens, AL; sister, Irene Woods of Land O’ Lakes, FL.
He is preceded in death by his Daughter-in-law, Rhonda Peek; grandson, Brad Peek; brothers, Marvin Peek, Oliver Peek and Melvin Peek; sister, Icie Mae Peek.
Pallbearers are Ed Peek, Bruce Peek, Bruce Peek II and Eddie Schmitz, Steve Adams and John Watkins.
