Rebecca Anne Moser Farris, 57 of Columbia, passed away at home surrounded by her family on Sunday, September 19, 2021.
On June 20, 1964, Rebecca was born to the late James Coleman Moser and Mary Gail Jarvis Moser. Rebecca was introverted and so she loved spending time alone and indoors. She never wanted many friends but the ones she did have meant the world to her and they loved her as well. Rebecca had such a kind heart. She loved cats and dogs so much that she would make sure they were fed before eating herself.
Rebecca was preceded in death by her: father, James Coleman Moser; husband, Larry Farris; son’s father, Bernardo Yumul; and two sisters, Patricia Moser and Cindy Moser.
Rebecca is survived by her: mother, Mary Gail Jarvis Moser; son, Bernard Yumul; brother, James Moser, Jr.; uncles, Danny Moser, and Buzzy Jarvis; aunt, Betsy Sparkman; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The burial of her ashes will take place at a later date.
