Mrs. Willodean Kennamer Brooks age 88 of Lacey’s Spring, Alabama, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, April 13, 2021.
Mrs. Brooks was born to the late Luther and Margaret Kennamer. She was born on September 28, 1932. She was the owner and operator of Brook’s Family Restaurant in Lacey’s Spring for several years. Mrs. Brooks was a member of Union Grove First Baptist church. Her hobby was collecting antiques.
Mrs. Brooks is survived by her son, Tim Brooks (Cathy); grandchildren, Joseph Garland Brooks and Angela Catherine Brooks; grand grandchildren, Landen Paul Brooks and Noah Paul Brooks.
Mrs. Brooks is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Billy Brooks; son, Joe Billy Brooks, Jr.; grandson, Brandon Paul Brooks; great grandson, Gavin Paul Brooks.
A Graveside Service will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 15, 2021 at Union Grove First Baptist Church Cemetery, Union Grove, with Greg Narrell officiating.
