Walk-in (not drive-through) COVID-19 vaccine clinics in Russellville require appointments for free clinics held March 31 and April 1

COVID-19 Vaccine | Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) FRANKLIN COUNTY-Appointments are needed for the free COVID-19 vaccination clinics scheduled for Wednesday, March 31, and Thursday, April 1, which will be held at Calvary Baptist Church, 16241 U.S. Highway 43,  Russellville.

Red Bay Hospital  and Russellville Hospital announced the clinics, and asked that the public bring ID for verification, wear masks, and social distance at all times. Appointments are scheduled between 7:30 a.m. and 6:15 p.m.

People currently eligible for vaccination are those who are 55 years old and older, people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and the population defined as Phases 1a, 1b and 1c in Alabama’s COVID-19 Vaccination Allocation Plan, alabamapublichealth.gov/covid19vaccine/assets/adph-covid19-vaccination-allocation-plan.pdf.
