Funeral services for Mr. Arch Rowe, age 94, are scheduled for 1 PM, Thursday, January 21, 2021 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Scotts Hill. Interment will follow in Judson Cemetery. Mr. Rowe passed away on Monday in Lexington. He was born January 22, 1926 in Hastings, OK to the late Archie Sylvester and Eula Fountain Rowe. He was a WWII U. S. Army Veteran and retired electrical inspector for the State of Tennessee. He was a proficient whittler and a musician. He loved fishing, camping, horses and rodeos. Mr. Rowe was preceded in death by two wives, Eva Lee Powers Rowe and Faye Bartholomew Rowe. Survivors include his sons, Mr. Greg Rowe and Jeff Cowan (Jacki); daughters, Rhonda D. Smith (Donald), Shonda Little (Tony Clenney), Jeanette Rutledge (John), Diane Powers (Butch), Pam Taylor (Jerry), and Linda Tallent (Allen); 4 grandchildren, Brandilyn Hart, Shayna Rowe, Logan Little, Dylan Little and 4 great grandchildren, Brilynn Hart, Eva Hart, Brody Hart, and Annlee Little. The family will receive friends on Wednesday 4-8 PM and on Thursday 10AM – 1 PM. All visitors are asked to wear a mask and observe social distancing guidelines.
