Regina Ann Shoe, age 73, of Phil Campbell, Alabama passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at her residence.
Regina was born in Kentucky on June 19, 1947 to Dempsey and Norma Elkins. A natural caregiver, she raised many children that she wasn’t obligated to raise. She will always be remembered as being loving, fun, witty, and affectionally stubborn.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 11, 2021 from 9:30 a.m. -11:00 a.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville where service will be held at 11:00 a.m. . Burial will be at Liberty Hill Cemetery, Phil Campbell. Reverend Joseph Desiderio will officiate.
Regina is survived by her son, Dale Baker; daughters Rebecca Shoe and Teresa Farrar; grandchildren, Lisa (Phillip) Lucas, Jennifer (Jeremiah) Desiderio, Boyd (Lashea) Ganger, Jr., Thomas (Casandra) Webb, Christopher (Taylor) Webb, Ashley Webb, Richard(Mariah) Herrero, Justin Farrar, Matthew Totten, and Dustin Snider; 38 great grandchildren; sister, Brenda Mather; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dempsey and Norma Elkins; daughter, Kathy Ganger; two sisters; and one brother.
