In the early hours of Thursday – November 12, 2020. Mr. Frank Taylor transitioned and entered the gates of heaven at the age of 73 years.
Mr. Taylor was born the son of the late Jessie Case and Ann Scott Case on March 23, 1947 in Chandler, Indiana. Mr. Taylor resided in Somerville, Alabama with his beloved wife of 48 years, Mrs. Claudine Taylor. Mr. Taylor proudly served his country in the United States Navy in Vietnam in the years of 1968 – 1971. He enjoyed partaking in hobbies such as; music, walking his dog “Girl” and spending time with his loved ones.
Mr. Taylor leaves to reminisce and celebrate his life; wife, Claudine Taylor; children, Jody Parsley (Buddy), Frank Taylor Jr. (Elia), Chance Taylor (Tina) and Wesley Allen Taylor (April); 16 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and one on the way; brother, Steven Taylor and his beloved side-kick “Girl” Taylor.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Taylor is at last reunited with his daughter, Lorie Ann Taylor; brother, Walter Case and niece, Jessie Case.
A Visitation will take place at the Brindlee Mountain Chapel on Saturday – November 14, 2020 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Funeral services will take place at the Brindlee Mountain Chapel on Saturday – November 14, 2020 starting at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Jarod Andrews, officiating.
Interment will follow services at the Vandiver Hollow Cemetery in Tuscumbia, Alabama.
Pallbearers escorting Mr. Taylor to his final resting place will include; Frank Taylor Jr., Chance Taylor, Allen Taylor, Buddy Parsley, Frank Haston Taylor and Michael Woodward.
