Mrs. Sandra Mick Chambers, age 78, of Arab went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 24, 2020.
Mrs. Chambers was born on October 3, 1941 in Gaines, West Virginia to George and Virginia Mick. She had been a Christian for many years and was an active member at New Covenant Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, James C. Chamber; son, James Chamber II; daughter, Lisa Chambers Musto; grandson, Brandon Tyler Davis; granddaughters, Anna and Rachael Chambers; chosen grandson, Otto Ruiz; sisters, Sharon Harrah and Debra Mick.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 28, 2020 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with Bro. Glen Stewart and Santo Ruiz officiating. Burial will follow services at the Arab Memorial Cemetery.
The family will accept friends one hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will include Mrs. Chamber’s beloved TESA students.
In lieu of flowers an account has been set up to benefit Mr. James Chambers at Bancorp South.
