SHEFFIELD-About 30 special needs adults and children participated in the 21st annual
Timmy Horton Fishing for Kid fishing rodeo on Pickwick Lake Saturday, Sept.
28.
Volunteers spent the morning fishing with the special anglers.
First place went to Christopher Reynard with 27 pounds. The 2018 champion,
Rachael Griffin finished second with 26 pounds. Bobby Rowell and Jason Smith finished third with 12.78 pounds.
Horton, a professional anglers and outdoors television personality from
Muscle Shoals, calls the fishing rodeo his favorite day on the water every
year. The tournament was staged out of Riverfront Park in Sheffield.
