Bobby Gerald Owens 80, of Hartselle passed away Wednesday July 10, 2019 at his residence. He was born in Alabama on April 14, 1939, to Howard and Ruby Owens. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother and a sister. He is survived by his wife Judy Owens; two daughters, Heather Edgecombe and her husband Jarred of Culpepper, Virginia; Sharron Casola and her husband Paul of Covington, Georgia; grandchildren, Jordan Edgecombe and his wife Hannah; Jessica Alford and her husband Andrew; Jeffrey Edgecombe, John Allen Reynolds III, Morgan Reynolds, Lindsey Reynolds, Judson Reynolds, Haley Casola, Jake Casola and Isaac Casola; one great granddaughter Madison Alford. Visitation will be Saturday July 13, 2019, from 10:00am until noon at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home followed by a chapel service at noon with Dr. Jarred Edgecombe officiating. Burial will follow at Hartselle City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to Hospice of the Valley. Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family.
