Jimmy D. Holland, 77, of Vina passed away June 17, 2018 at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital.
Visitation will be today, June 19, 2018 from 2 to 3 p.m. at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville. Funeral service will immediately follow at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Akins Funeral Home with Brother Brian Welch officiating. Burial will be in Dempsey Cemetery.
Jimmy was born January 7, 1941 in Franklin County to Roosevelt and Ollie Holland. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Darrell Holland and R.L. Holland; his sister, Mary Berneva Reams; and great-grandchild, August Sharp.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon K. Holland; his children, Charlotte K. Buttars, Carl James Holland, Shelley M. Hill (Johnny) and Ricky Holland; his sister, Genice H. Adams (Don); his grandchildren, Jacklyn Holland, Barry, Brittany, Bridgett, Brandon and Haley Buttars, James Barnes, Carl, Cheyenne and April Holland, and Landon Hill; and his six great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Landon Hill, Michael Horton, Byrum Sharp, James Brazzell, Dakota Riley and David Stinson.
