William Jerome Dowdy, 42 of Florence died Monday, April 30, 2018, at his residence.
Visitation will be Monday, May 7, 2018, 1-2 PM at Elkins East Chapel. A graveside service will follow at 2:30 PM at Butler Cemetery.
Mr. Dowdy is survived by his son, Cade Dowdy; daughters, Presley Dowdy and Abree Dowdy ; father, William Charles Dowdy; sisters, Dawn Dowdy, Tonya Dowdy, Haley Dowdy, and Dannielle Dowdy; brothers, Johnny Lisby, Caleb Dowdy, and Luke Dowdy; several nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family.
Mr. Dowdy was a pipe fitter and Brother of Local 760.
