Amanda Cathey Kilborn, age 62, of Decatur, died Wednesday, November 8, 2017, at Huntsville Hospital. The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date. Shelton Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Ms. Kilborn was born in Florida, to Edgar L. Kilborn, Sr. and Lotta E. (Cathey) Kilborn. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother Stephen A. Kilborn of Tampa, FL.
Ms. Kilborn is survived by two brothers, Edgar L. Kilborn, Jr., wife (Mayi) of Tampa, FL; nephew Richard T. Kilborn, wife (Silvia) of Panama City, FL; son Gian Michael Kilborn; niece Yvonne N. (Kilborn) Gonzalez, husband (Carlos) of Panama City, FL.
Richard L. Kilborn, wife (Marcie) of Hartselle, AL; niece Amy L. Kilborn of Hartselle, AL; niece Christina R. (Kilborn ) Brunner, husband Dusten of Tampa, FL; son Jaxon C. Brunner; niece Teresa D. Kilborn of St. Louis, MO; nephew David W. Kilborn of Nashville, TN.
Her sister-in-law, Maribel (Kilborn) of Lakeland, FL; nephew Armando Kilborn, wife (Michelle) of Elpaso, TX; nephew Stephen A. Kilborn, Jr., wife (Nellie) of Elpaso, TX; daughters Sammy and Ava of Elpaso, TX; niece Marian L. Kilborn of Decatur, AL; two daughters Maiah and Elliana of Decatur, AL.
