Teresa Oliver Pickett, 57-years-old, formerly of the East Franklin community, passed away Aug. 19, 2017, at Life Care Center in Hilliard, Florida.
Visitation will be today from 5-7 p.m. at Pleasant Hill FCM Church, Phil Campbell, Alabama. Funeral services will be Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2017, at 11 a.m. at Pleasant Hill FCM Church with Hulon Heath officiating. Burial will be at East Franklin Cemetery.
Teresa was born Nov. 8, 1959, in Franklin County, Alabama to Jimmy H. and Eliouse Morgan Oliver. She was preceded in death by her father; her grandparents, E.A and Lucille Morgan and Waymon and Flora Mae Oliver; her uncles, J-Floy Oliver and E-Toy (Yvonne) Oliver; and a host aunts and uncles.
Mrs. Pickett is survived by her husband, Edward Pickett; her mother Eliouse Morgan Oliver; one daughter, Tracy Pickett; one son, Edward “Bubba” Pickett; her brothers, Dinkey Oliver (Darlene) and Terry Oliver (Rhonda); two grandsons; and two granddaughters.
Pallbearers will be Galon Baker, Scott Banks, Waymon Oliver, Jeff Massey, Dennis Morgan, and Justin Massey.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made for the funeral expenses.
