Funeral service for Joann Day Flowers, 82, will be Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Bible Baptist Church with Rev. Patrick McDonald and Bro. Ralph Henderson officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Flowers Family Cemetery.
Mrs. Flowers died on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at her residence. She was born January 27, 1935, in Morgan County to James Day and Ozell Dobbs Day. She was a member of the Bible Baptist Church. She was retired from Morgan-Lawrence Community Action Group in the transportation department. Mrs. Flowers was preceded in death by her husband: Tommy Flowers, two sons: Danny (Rougie) Flowers and Terry Flowers, her parents, and a brother: Jimmy Day.

Pallbearers will be Bradley Flowers, Josh Flowers, Buddy Flowers, Trevor Flowers, Pacer Stroup, and Clint Walker.
