John Robert “Buddy” Moore age 81 of Anderson, passed away Monday, July 10, 2017 at his residence. Mr. Moore was born September 16, 1935 in Limestone County, AL to Leonard Moore and Vera McConnell Moore.
Services will be Thursday, July 13, 2017 12:30 p.m., at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Chuck Hood officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 12, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Mr. Moore was of the Baptist faith.
Preceded in death by his wife, Sara Scott Moore; daughter, Brenda Gail Moore.
Survived by one daughter, Connie Moore; one grandson, Casey White; two great-grandchildren, Addison White and Garrett White; one sister, Tommie Tribble; several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Phillip Castleberry, Lynn Clinard, Tony Harrison and Troy Blankenship.
