Franklin Wayne Hovis, 82, died June 28, 2017. Visitation will be today from 1 to 2:45 p.m. at McConnell Funeral Home followed by the funeral at 3 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Lois Lewis Hovis.
