Mrs. Kay Scissom, 61, passed away in the morning hours of Saturday February 18, 2017. She was born in Whitwell, Tennessee on December 16, 1955. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clayton Shadrick and Agnes Morrison Partin Shadrick who preceded her in death along with her sisters, Rosemary Ross and Wanda Overturf; brothers, Sam and Larry Partin
She is survived by her husband of 44 years, David Scissom; daughters, Allison (Bobby) Rollins and Christie (Jamie) Fults; sons, David (Mandy) and Brent (Jamie) Scissom; sisters, Sharon (Tony) Gilliam and Karen Nunley; brothers, Ronnie (Judy) Partin and Stanley (Clara) Partin; 13 grandchildren; 1 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
