William Gerald Richardson, age 78, Tuscumbia, passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at Shoals Hospital.
The visitation will be 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon, Tuesday, January 03, 2017 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the funeral following at 12:00 noon in the chapel. Ric Chambless will speak at the service. Burial will be at Winston Memorial Cemetery in Haleyville.
He is survived by his sons, Timothy Richardson, Kenneth Richardson; 3 grandchildren; sister, Mary Burleson; and several nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George Frank & Dolly Richardson; his brothers, Jimmy Richardson, Jack Richardson, and David Richardson.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Cottage of the Shoals; as well as to the law office of M. Chad Smith for the love and care of Mr. Richardson.
