Carroll Hood Crouch was born Jan. 24, 1921. After a 95-year lifetime and a lengthy illness, he left the planet at 3:58 p.m. on May 2, 2016, to join his Lord, his parents, Lizette Carroll and John Edward Crouch, his brothers, sister, one grandchild. and a host of other predeceased family in the kingdom of Heaven. Carroll was a former decorated Army veteran of World War II.
Carroll left behind his wife of 70 years, Sarah Maxine Acton Crouch; daughter, Patricia Holley; son, Chris (Carroll Hood Crouch Jr.); daughter, Julia Guinn; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Please join the Crouch/Holley/Guinn family in celebration of Carroll’s life on Friday, May 6, at 1 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of Old Brick Presbyterian Church followed by a graveside burial service at 2 p.m. in the Old Brick Cemetery. Colbert Memorial Chapel is assisting the family.
