He is survived by 1-Daughter- Teresa Butler of Loretto, TN, 2-Brothers- Leman Franklin of Lawrenceburg, TN and Lelan Franklin of Lawrenceburg, TN, 4-Sisters- Ruth Williams of Sevierville, TN, Arthieal Todd of Lawrenceburg, TN, Syble Stephenson of Lawrenceburg, TN and Ressie Smith of Lawrenceburg, TN.and 2-Grandchildren also survive
