Pamela Johnson, 56, of Burnsville, Mississippi, died Thursday, July 31, 2014, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka. She enjoyed fishing, yard selling, playing Bingo, and shopping. Visitation is scheduled for 5 until 9 PM on Saturday, August 2 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Glen. Funeral services are scheduled for 3 PM on Sunday, August 3, 2014 at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Glen. Interment will follow in Antioch Cemetery. Cutshall Funeral Home of Glen, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include 1 son – Michael Johnson of San Diego, CA; 1 step son – C.J. Carter 2 daughters – Donna Ligon (Keven) of Corinth and Anna Gattis (Paul) of Middleton, TN; 2 step daughters – Brittney Odom and Johanna Carter; 3 brothers – Timothy Byrd of Columbus; David Byrd of Burnsville; and Jerry Byrd of Saltillo; 1 sister – Daisy Williams of Midway, MS; 9 grandchildren – Aaron Ligon, Kayti Ligon, Kade Ligon, Madison Basden; Emma Gattis, Johnson Gattis, Anthony Johnson, Hayley McDowell, and Matthew Johnson; and a special friend, Craig Carter of Burnsville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Gene Johnson; her parents, George and Norma Byrd; her stepfather, Roy Walker; and her sister, Georgia Byrd.
