from metal as well as other folk art was murdered Wednesday morning at his home on Nassau Drive. His work is currently on display at the Huntsville Botanical Garden. Police found the body around 7 a.m.
Police have charged Ervin Akeem Tolbert, 19 with the murder. Tolbert is a neighbor of Wharton’s on Nassau Drive in Huntsville. Police are still investigating the crime.
