Funeral services for Ms. Zula Powers Myracle, age 87, are scheduled for 1 PM, Thursday, January 8, 2015 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Scotts Hill with Bro. Tommy Crocker and Bro. Bobby Keen officiating. Interment will follow in Judson Cemetery. Ms. Myracle passed away early Tuesday in Parsons. She was born August 27, 1927 in Henderson County to the late Roy H. and Beulah Flowers Powers. She was a retired employee of H.I.S., a member of Scotts Hill Baptist Church, and active in Scotts Hill Senior Citizens. She is survived by two sons, Charles E. Myracle (Obbie O’Guinn) of Scotts Hill and Ralph Myracle (Rachel) of Decaturville; one brother, Hobert L. Powers of Huron; one sister, Retha Shutt of Decaturville; a sister-in-law, Georgia Powers; three grandchildren, Rachel Moore, Larry and Randall Myracle; four great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Chester and George W. Powers; three sisters, Faye Renfroe, Loretta Volner, and Izetta Frye; one brother-in-law, Tuck Shutt; and one sister-in-law, Celia Powers.
