Mr. Woodham was a native of Lawrence County, TN, a logger, & of the Methodist faith. Survivors include: Wife- Rosemary Woodham of Hohenwald, TN; 3 Sons- Mike Woodham of Hohenwald, TN; David Siebenthal of West Point, TN; Mark Siebenthal of Hohenwald, TN; 5 Daughters- Ann Lenz of Florence, AL; Faye Tidwell of Iron City, TN; Gail Atchley of Nables, FL; Jan Powell of Hohenwald, TN; Lynn Hinson of Hohenwald, TN; 2 Sisters- Yvonne Fisher of Loretto, TN; Virginia Watts of Georgetown, TX; 13 Grandchildern; 11 Great Grandchildren; Several Nieces & Nephews; Preceded in death by: Parents- Newman & Minnie Woodham; 3 Sons- Mark, Joey, & Bob; 2 Sisters- Betty Holston & Shelby Taylor. The funeral service will be officiated by Jeff Putman. Burial to follow in Loretto Cemetery.
