Wynell Owens, age 91 of Warrior, formerly of Boaz, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2024.
Her funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 27, 2024 at Albertville Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Forrest Home Cemetery in Boaz. Bro. Larry Sloan will officiate the service. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2:00 before the service.
She is survived by her daughter; Barbara Lawson (Billy) son; Randy Owens (Terri), brother; Jerry Starnes (Martha), five grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband; Joseph J. Owens, parents; J. B. and May Starnes, sisters; Hazel Crutchfield, Wilma Jo Credille, Imogene Copeland, Debra Wilson and Carolyn Foster.
