Writher Odell Staggs Jr., 81, died Monday, Oct. 30, 2017. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at Spry-Williams Funeral Home, Florence. The service will be 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Greenview Memorial Park.
