WJ Hornsby, age 83, of Phil Campbell, AL, passed away on April 30, 2022,
at North Alabama Medical Center.

Mr. Hornsby retired from Reynolds Metal. He loved the outdoors and sitting on his porch swing.
WJ is survived by his children, Barry Hornsby (Dawn), Regina Stancil (Brian); grandchildren, Brooke Lakey (Bret), Bridget Landers (Justin), Brad Hornsby, Haley Hornsby, Amber Burcham, Jacob Milan, Megan Milan, as well as four great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Hornsby; parents, James W. and Mildred Hornsby; brother, Vernon Hornsby and sister, Louise Smith.
He always kept a card in his billfold saying, “Lord, have your angels everyday watch and guide us or our way.”
The family would like to thank you all for your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
