Winston Morgan Pennell, age 18, passed away Thursday, October 10, 2024, unexpectedly, at his home. He was born August 30, 2006 in Nashville, TN to Kevin Lee & Lana Elizabeth Smith Pennell. He was a 2024 graduate of Aaron Academy and a member of Birdwell’s Chapel Church of Christ. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Leon Russell Smith and his paternal grandfather, William D. Pennell. He is survived by his loving parents, Kevin & Lana Pennell, Goodlettsville, TN; maternal grandmother, Brenda Birdwell Smith, Cottontown, TN; paternal grandmother, Rita Ann Pennell, Jacksonville, IL; uncles, William Dale (Kathy) Pennell, Jr., Jacksonville, IL and Bruce Wayne (Rebecca) Pennell, Rochester, MN; several cousins Funeral service is scheduled for Thursday, October 17, 2024 at 2pm in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home in White House with Pastor Dale Sadler officiating. A private family burial will follow at the Pennell Family Farm with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Visitation is planned for Thursday, October 17, 2024 11am until the hour of the service at the funeral home. A full obituary will follow.
