Winston County Deputies execute Search Warrant Arrest Two On Drug Trafficking Charges

WINSTON COUNTY-In the early morning hours of Friday, March 2 a search warrant was executed in Haleyville at the residence of Hunter Garrett and Macie Kimbrough by the Winston County Sheriff’s Office in partnership with Haleyville Police Department and the Bear Creek Police Department.

The search warrant was obtained by information provided by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office and its deputies.

Hunter Garrett and Macie Kimbrough were taken into custody subject to the search warrant. Trafficking amounts of fentanyl and methamphetamines including raw fentanyl and 199 fentanyl pills as well as a distribution amount of cocaine were seized at the residence, as well as other narcotics, two stolen firearms and other firearms and cash related to the trafficking of narcotics.

Both subjects are currently being held at the Winston County Jail.
