Reynolds Funeral Home announces with deepest sympathy the passing of Winnie Sue Orr, 72, of Moulton. Mrs. Orr died April 15, 2015, in an automobile accident. Funeral will be noon, Saturday, April 25, 2015, at Calvary Tabernacle in Moulton with Bishop Gary Taylor officiating and burial will follow in Moulton Memory Gardens. The body will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral. Public viewing will be Thursday from 2 to 7 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Reynolds Funeral Home.
Winnie Sue Orr was born on July 18, 1942, to the late Paul Davis and the late Lassie Modanie Sheppard. She departed this life on April 15, 2015. She loved and cherished the late William Howard Prince and to this marriage was born 12 children. Two preceded her in death, Annie Jean Prince and Ben A. Prince.
She accepted Christ at an early age and joined the Oakville Christian Faith Center of Danville. She was a mother on the Mother’s Board.
She is survived by her husband, Prentiss Orr; three daughters, Betty (Otis) Chapman of Danville, Douris Fay Prince of Trinity and Angela Hardwick Elliott of Moulton; six sons, Paul (Deborah) Prince, Charles Edward Prince, Jackie Fennell Prince, (Brandy Taylor), Reginald (Judy) Prince and Jerry (Viola) Prince, all of Moulton, and Larry (Melissa) Prince of Russellville; six sisters, Barbara (Exon) Williams of Hillsboro, Ella Dean Sheppard of Decatur, Betty Rivers of Michigan, Barbara Givens of Nashville, TN, Odessa Redus of Cleveland, OH, and Betty Jo (Ricky) Young of Moulton; three brothers, Willie B. (Sadie) Sheppard of Courtland, Jimmy Sheppard (Ellen Calhoun) of Moulton and Clay (Dianna) Sheppard of Huntsville; 18 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Michael Polk, Eric Burgess, Ricky Michael, Jeremiah Sheppard, Franklin Prince and Jeffery Grant. Flower Girls will be Connie Tobias, Gail Tobias, Tasha Calhoun, Loretta Pointer, Jennifer Taylor, Marshall Williams and Susie Martin.
