* TIMING AND AREAS AFFECTED… WIND CHILL VALUES FOR LOCATIONS IN SOUTHERN TENNESSEE WILL FALL BELOW ZERO AFTER 9 PM TONIGHT… SPREADING SOUTHWARD ACROSS NORTH ALABAMA THROUGH MIDNIGHT. CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE AFTER 6 AM ON TUESDAY BUT DETERIORATE AGAIN AFTER 9 PM ON TUESDAY… WITH SUB-ZERO WIND CHILLS EXPECTED THROUGH 9 AM ON WEDNESDAY.
* WIND CHILL VALUES… WIDESPREAD WIND CHILL VALUES BETWEEN ZERO AND 8 DEGREES BELOW ZERO CAN BE EXPECTED. LOCATIONS IN THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF NORTH ALABAMA AND SOUTHERN MIDDLE TENNESSEE MAY SEE VALUES FALL CLOSER TO TEN DEGREES BELOW ZERO EACH NIGHT.
