Wilma Dean Holden, age 76 of Tullahoma, passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at The Waters of Winchester. She was born on June 10, 1947, in Harvey, Illinois, to the late Ralph and Velma (Gifford) Metcalf. Before her retirement, Wilma had been employed as a bookkeeper at Jacob Brothers, Rock-Tenn, and Mariner Finance. Since retirement, she had been a devoted homemaker and enjoyed being outside in her swing reading a book in the sunshine. She was an animal lover, but most of all, Wilma loved her family and cherished the time spent with them. A true Christian lady, she attended Keith Springs Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Summurr Ann Sprehe; brother, Bob Metcalf; and son-in-law, Craig Mayes. Wilma is survived by her loving husband of thirty-four years, Danny Holden; children, Sheree Mayes, and Shellee (Jamie) Nunley; grandchildren, Connor (Jordan) Mayes, Courtnee (Whitson) Moore, Koleton (Kelby) Nunley, and Jamieson (Bethany) Nunley; great-grandchildren, Boone and Milan Moore, and Brylee and Gage Nunley; brothers, Roger (Trish) Metcalf, and Roy (Ruth) Metcalf; and several nieces and nephews.
