Willis Rickey “Big Daddy” Walker, 66, of Iuka, Mississippi, died on Sunday, June 16, 2024, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. Rickey was of the Baptist faith, and for most of his life, he worked as a driller in the oil fields. While he loved his home and living in Iuka, he also really enjoyed travelling and had visited many different places all over the world. He was a very talented man and liked fishing, gardening, and listening to music. He was also a huge Mississippi State fan. What he loved most of all, however, was his family. Rickey is survived by his daughter, Jessica Jackson (Tim); his mother, Linda Cutshall Storie; his siblings, Gary Walker, Randy Walker (Carmen), and Teresa Green (Tony), his grandchildren, Chloe and Paisley Boyd; his nieces and nephews, Ashley Brock, Brent Green, Brooks Green, Shelby Spradlin, Catherine Walker, and Jordan Walker; his great-nieces and nephews, Jett Spradlin and Georgia Green; and his fiancé, Gretchen Gregory. He was preceded in death by his father, Willis Melvin Walker. Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, MS, is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, officiated by Dr. Keith Cochran. Pallbearers include Brooks Green, Scotty Etheridge, Josh Spradlin, Jonathan Cutshall, Bob Knowles, and Jessie Eaton. Honorary pallbearers include Jeff Cutshall, Randy Gregory, Ronald Jones, and Robert Bristow. Interment will be in Camp Ground Cemetery.
